Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to any Infinite Exposure Shows event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Infinite Exposure Shows reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features, tools, or resources added to enhance or improve the ticketing process will also fall under these Terms. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any breach of the terms outlined below will lead to the cancellation of your ticket, with no entitlement to a refund. By using our ticketing system, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. 

  1. Order Confirmation

 After payment, a confirmation email containing a confirmation code will be sent. If not received, please check the junk folder. If you still cannot locate it but see that your card has been charged, contact us at tickets@infiniteexposureshow.com for assistance. 

  1. Ticket Information

  • All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to use their ticket. Refunds will not be provided for missed attendance or access issues due to personal reasons.
  • Tickets are exclusively sold through our website and the official Infinite Exposure Shows Eventbrite page. Any tickets obtained from other sources may be considered fraudulent.
  • Tickets are transferable. If the original purchaser is unable to attend, they may assign their ticket to another individual.
  • Guests must present a valid Scan code at the entrance. Each code can only be scanned once for entry.
  • Seat availability is determined and managed solely by Infinite Exposure Shows.

  1. Rescheduling Show Day/Time

  • In the event that a designer showcase is rescheduled, customers can request a credit up to one week before the opening show. This credit may be applied toward the rescheduled event or any other show of their choice within one year from the date the ticket was originally purchased.
  • To request a change to your show date or time, please email tickets@infiniteexposureshow.com. Be sure to include your order number, the original show time, and the desired new show time. We will accommodate your request based on seat availability. If seats for the chosen date are unavailable, we may not be able to fulfill your request. 

  1. Ticket Codes

  • Discount codes will be available during the ticket sales period, but their usage and validity will have restrictions.
  • Requests for discounts will only be recognized if the code is applied during the checkout process.
  • Each transaction is limited to a single discount code; combining multiple codes is not permitted.
  • Infinite Exposure Shows retains the right to determine the activation period of discount codes, which may be adjusted without advance notification.

  1. Conduct Policy: Ticket Cancellation and Removal

  • Anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or using offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive language, whether inside the venue or while waiting in line, will be promptly escorted off the premises with no eligibility for a refund.
  • Purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to any measures or evaluations deemed necessary by venue officials. Noncompliance with these measures may result in refusal of entry without a refund.
  • The following items are strictly prohibited: alcoholic beverages brought from outside, sharp or dangerous objects, and items likely to cause disturbances, such as noise-making devices.

  1. Consent to Use of Media

By participating in the event, you authorize Infinite Exposure Shows and Peekapose Productions to capture and utilize any audio, video, or photographic material featuring your likeness for promotional activities on their platforms and publications. Additionally, any content shared by attendees on social media may be repurposed by Infinite Exposure Shows and Peekapose Productions for promotional use across their channels.

  1. Personal Data Usage for Promotional Communication

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you grant us permission to utilize your personal data to send you updates, promotional offers, advertisements, and information about our products and services, as well as those of carefully selected third parties that may align with your interests. To opt out of receiving these communications, email tickets@infiniteexposureshow.com with your phone number and the subject line “STOP.”

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any conflicts or disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively adjudicated in the state or federal courts located in New York City, New York.

  1. Indemnification

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinite Exposure Show, along with its affiliates, partners, and employees, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your ticket purchase, attendance, or participation in the event.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL. YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO ALL OUTLINED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY LEAD TO TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND, COMPENSATION, OR PRIOR NOTIFICATION
