1. This Talent Contract Agreement (the"Contract") is made and entered into between the artist , (the "Artist"),and Juan Carlos Guevara of Peekapose Productions (the "Client"). Peekapose Productions, henceforth known as “Client,” agrees to engage the services of Artist, henceforth known as “Artist,” as an independent contractor for a performance at Chelsea Hall NYC at Chelsea Hall NYC- Address 236 West 23rd Street.

2. Artist will perform an act for the Infinite Exposure Shows at Chelsea Hall NYC 236 West 23rd st , NY, New York 10011 on February 15, 2026, for the slot assigned during the runway show. The performance should last between 3 to 7 minutes. The time period estimated for the performance will be a 7 minute slot approximation between 3:00pm to 6:00pm for segment 1 or 7:00pm to 10:00pm in Segment 2. The slot will be more definite 2 days before the show date.

3. Setup for the performance will be the responsibility of the Client. The Client will provide sound equipment. Mic/audio check will be done at 2:30pm for Segment 1 or 6:30pm in Segment 2 when DJ is ready to check. Client will provide Artist access to the venue before doors open.

4. Client will include Artist with two front row (VIP) and 3 General admission tickets for their guests. Artist must give production the name of their guests so they can be added to the guest list. No guest will be allowed without credentials. VIP seats are not guaranteed. Guests must arrive by 2:30PM in Segment 1 or 6:30 pm in Segment 2 to access a front row if available. If the names are not given 7 days before the event, we cannot guarantee front row.

5. The artist acknowledges that they can cancel up to 7 days before showdate. It is the artist responsibility to send an email to the production if they are unable to perform. Email: contactiefw@gmail.com

Terms and Conditions

Digital Negatives, Prints and Copyrights (Agree) *

PEEKAPOSE Productions reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of PEEKAPOSE Productions. The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by the Photographer/Videographer are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer/Videographer retains the copyright to all photos and images produced. The Client may receive a copy of the hi-res digital photographs or video in digital form (google drive, dropbox or smugmug link) if it has been agreed upon as part of the contract. Video content may be aired on social media channels and cable television.

Content Release (Agree) *

The Artist hereby grants Peekapose Productions and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of the event, its guests, attendees, and officials for editorial, trade,advertising, stock, commercial and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Artis thereby releases the Photographer/Videographer and his legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs or videos.

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained,or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.

I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREEWILL.
